How the Raymond Pendulum Mill Works?

Material Feeding:

Raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber and directed to the center of the grinding ring.

Pendulum and Roller Operation:

The pendulum rollers, attached to movable arms, are pressed against the ring surface by centrifugal force.

The raw materials are ground between the fixed grinding ring and the moving rollers.

The oscillating motion of the pendulums and the continuous pressure from the rollers ensure thorough grinding.

Airflow System:

The mill can be equipped with a hot air inlet to simultaneously dry and grind wet materials.

Alternatively, materials can be pre-dried using an external rotary dryer before entering the mill, eliminating the need for hot air within the system.

Advanced Air Classifier:

The airflow generated by the suction system carries the ground material to the air classifier.

Particles of the desired size pass through the classifier to the mill’s outlet, while oversized particles are returned to the grinding zone for further processing.
